Would you like to become a wholesale stockist?

Sign up as a wholesale customer of Luna Tree by filling in this form to register. We will approve your application and be in touch with your password so you can access our exclusive wholesale website. This includes all available products and trade prices. Order from us directly on line, email or call if you prefer.

We are dedicated to giving our stockists the best possible care and service. We provide free Point of Sale and free Care Cards to accompany each item of jewellery. Each item can also be provided with a free gift box. Gift boxes need to be requested at point of ordering.

Luna Tree Terms and Conditions

Delivery

Minimum order is £100. Carriage is by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is charged at cost for UK wholesale orders. Jewellery orders over £250 are Carriage Paid.

The elephant artworks are charged at cost value for postage regardless of order size. These are usually sent by 48 hour delivery unless otherwise specified.

At Luna Tree we endeavour to process and despatch your orders quickly and efficiently, usually within 3 working days, unless a delivery date is specified. During busy periods this may be slightly longer.

Accounts

Credit facilities are offered by arrangement only. Pro forma payment is required on the first two orders placed. After this period an account can be applied for should you wish to do so.

We are able to accept payment by bank transfer. Luna Tree reserves the right to charge 5% interest per calendar month on any overdue accounts.

International Stockists

European Union and International stockists are not offered an account facility and all orders require payment on a Pro Forma basis. Shipping is charged at cost and is calculated for each order placed.

Internet Policy

Luna Tree do not supply to businesses who resell on eBay, Amazon or other auction style and third party platform websites.

Supplying to independent on line businesses however, is something we can do.

Size and Descriptions

All sizes are stated in the individual descriptions alongside each item and are approximate. All measurements are in centimetres.

We have taken every care to ensure that the pictures and descriptions are representative of the product, but please be aware that all Luna Tree jewellery is handmade and minor variations are inevitable.

Title of Goods

All products remain the property of Luna Tree until payment has been made in full.

Returns

If you have any discrepancies with a delivery, you will need to contact us within 3 working days from receipt of goods, either by telephone or email.

It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high quality craftsmanship. However, should any item be returned to you due to a production fault, within 3 months of sale, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. Please call to discuss the return before sending back. This policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item concerned.

Prices

Prices are subject to change. Silver is a global commodity which is bought and sold on the stock market every working day and therefore the price can change dramatically over night. The general trend of silver over the last few years has been a steady increase in its value.

Due to fluctuations within the global market of silver, we reserves the right to amend prices as displayed on this website and within the wholesale price list when the need to should arise.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Luna Tree will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass on, rent or sell your email address, or any personal information about you, to any third party under any circumstances.

Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Luna Tree Jewellery aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.

You have data protection rights as a consumer:

The right to access, update or to delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.
The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.
The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
